Let The Good Times Roll! Yes, it is Fat Tuesday, the day before the first day of Lent. A final day of celebration and, in some cities, hedonism before the forty-day-long liturgical season of fasting and prayer which culminates with Easter. Happy Mardi Gras everyone!
